      Latest Nintendo Direct was good. I’d rate it at 7 ~ 7.5/10. No mention of video streaming apps nor major western AAA games, tho. Bummer. :(

        Bah! Don’t worry about it, @Miah. The system software updates are coming. Just look at the 3DS and how many features Nintendo added to it over the years. I’m thinking by 2019, Switch is really going to open up and show us what she’s got! :)

      Those Payday 2 Switch reviews are disappointing. I’ll hold out until I can buy the game brand new for like $20 or less on eBay. Bummer. :(

        Nah, gaming has been fine, just heavily reduced to merely a few hours per week at most. I’ve been spending more of my free time skating on my Heelys and shooting my newly purchased Gen 4 Glock 26 Austria polymer. Just ordered a new pair of Heelys today as well actually! Can’t wait to get those suckers on and try them out.

        Last Wednesday I had an amazing Puyo Tetris tournament with my friends on Switch. We were all very evenly matched. It's trippy playing it in English now on the Switch because I can navigate all the menus and understand all the various featured the game has. It really is the most loaded Tetris game ever.

        Vita rules and Switch drools! Everyone knows that @Renegade Bastard ! LOL jk man :) I've gotten sh*t from some folks in the PS community for being a day one adopter and supporter for the Switch, even though I have 100+ Vita games. I say let them be petty, it doesn't matter.

        Very well put, @DankZaku. I can completely understand and relate.

        My Vita digital and physical game library absolutely dwarfs my Switch library of games, and don’t even get me started on like the 100 PS4 games I have as well.

        Yet, I’m a Nintendo fanboy? Please! LOL

        Fair enough assessment, @Mite. Since I don’t really do much online gaming, I only knocked off half a point for the online infrastructure aspect of Switch. The other half a point was docked in regards to Switch’s battery life being mediocre at best and lack of internet video streaming apps and lack of media player / web browser! I arrived at 9/10

        Strongly agreed! The Switch has done so much right, that the few mistakes Nintendo has made with Switch are minor and insignificant at best. My love for Switch is hella high! 90% satisfaction rate! Same for my PS4 Pro! My Xbox One S and Vita? Sitting at 70% satisfaction rate. :O

        I hear you! Switch’s portability with its level of silicon horsepower is quite impressive! The little tablet can literally run PS4 and Xbox One games! I mean sure they may not look quite as good in graphics or resolution, but still tho! PS4 and XB1 games!!! :O

        The Vita was great hardware, could have been so much more with the right support, but I am over it and enjoying switch, switch I use as a handheld and its quickly becoming my favorite system ever!

        As a fan of JRPG, the Vita did little for me. Not a fan of crawlers outside of the Etrian series, and most definitely not a fan of the bloody ecchi-moe-artstyle so many of these games ran with. There's maybe 10 or so games I kept for myself now that the system is dead which is an all-time low for me.

        I was going to pre-order, but I changed my mind and figured I’d just buy it in person at the store locally. That way I can play the game release day and not have to wait another few days for an Amazon shipment since I don’t have Prime.

        I took a crack at the Disgaea games back on PSP. I just could not get into them. Final Fantasy Tactics, either! I need my Advance Wars 1 & 2 back that I use to play all the time on my GBA SP! I miss them so much!!! :(
