Platformer Light Fall Set to Jump Onto Nintendo Switch

Canadian, indie developer, Bishop Games has announced that its upcoming platformer Light Fall will be releasing on Nintendo Switch.

In Light Fall, you must face platformer-based challenges with a slight twist. You can utilise the power of the Shadow Core, a magical box which can propel you through the air and with Stryx the Night Owl as your companion and narrator, you must explore the forgotten (and visually beautiful) world of Numbra to save its inhabitants and uncover mysteries within.

It’s an interesting concept; by using the Shadow Core you can effectively create your own temporary platforms, meaning that you can almost create your own path through the game’s platforming levels. The possibilities for speed-runs could theoretically be endless with this mechanic. If you want to see more of the game, check out the Nintendo Switch version trailer below.

Light Fall is set to release on the Switch in March 2018 and we’ll make sure to keep you updated on any news as we have it. Does this look like an exciting new platformer to you? Let us know in the comments!
