In the most pleasant surprise this weekend, Sega has announced Valkyria Chronicles 4 and we can all rejoice as it is coming to the Nintendo Switch.
The game will be set during a similar time period to the original Valkyria Chronicles though this game will focus on a brand new cast. There no announcements yet on new features or gameplay, though it’d be safe to expect something similar to the strategy, third person action mix found in previous entries. This was a huge surprise this morning. VC4 but they didn’t localize 3? It’s been 6 years!
Oh well, I’m just glad this game series is continuing, it’ll be absolutely perfect for the Switch. Day one purchase for me, easy.
