Recently we reported that a demo was on the way for Pokkén Tournament DX, although at that point no date had been set for its launch. We now have confirmation that the demo will be available this Thursday (24th August).
Just like the demo for the original game on Wii U, this demo for Pokkén Tournament DX will give you a chance to try out the game to see if it’s to your tastes before splashing out on launch day. If you missed the game the first time around, this is an excellent chance to see what all the fuss is about. If you already own the Wii U version however, this could well help you to decide whether it’s worth a second purchase as you’ll be seeing how it runs on the shiny new console all for yourself.
Several members of the Switch Player team are eagerly awaiting the release of this title, (this writer included!) so this demo is sure to be a great way for us to hold off the craving until the full game is released on September 22nd.
