The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Review
I have never been a Zelda fan. Before Breath of the Wild, I’ve never owned a copy of the game on any platform (nor have I ever beaten any significant portion of it). I have played some of the older ones in passing, but I’m talking pre-Gamecube era stuff as it’s been that long since I’ve owned a Nintendo console. What I’m trying to say is that I’ve never really spent much time with Link or the princess, and as such I’m coming at the series like a newbie – with no fan roots or nostalgia to draw on. I tell you that now however, because I want you to know why you should trust me when I say that this is very easily one of the best games I’ve ever played.
